From the campfield we turned left and walked along a sort of footpath. Someone has dug holes in the path, we were told to stop cyclists. I thought that was a shame. After walking for ten minutes the path opens out onto a grass veranda overlooking the beach and a few ladies were lounging under the blue skies reading. Shona and I sat on a white bench and a lady walked by with a dog she later told us was called Dexter and she stopped to talk. I wish I had asked her name and taken her photograph because she was so interesting. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

She told us she had worked in a school as a technician and that her daughter, who is 14 is thinking about her options, one of which is 3d design. I thought that was a good option to study. She also said she wants to escape work and travel, and she has just purchased a caravan. She could have passed for 35, but told us she was 50. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have met a lot of people on my walks with a camera who want to retire early now. I think it has something to do with what we all went through with Covid. I often wonder if in the future Work, as we know it will become a thing of the past desire for many. We have already seen robotics replace the human in many jobs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I wonder what the world will look like in ten years. I think by then we will see a completely different life style for most humans, not just the older ones<\/p>\n\n\n\n
